Panchakarma Journey

Cellular Cleansing

What is Panchakarma?

Panchakarma (meaning "Five Actions") is Ayurveda’s primary purification and detoxification treatment. It is designed to cleanse the body of deep-rooted toxins (Ama), restore digestive fire (Agni), and bring the Doshas back into perfect equilibrium. Our traditional Panchakarma protocols involve preparatory procedures (Snehana and Swedana), the main cleansing procedures, and post-detox rejuvenation (Rasayana) to deeply renew your tissues and immunity.

Panchakarma FAQs

Learn about the ultimate mind and body purification process.

01

What exactly is Panchakarma?

Panchakarma is an Ayurvedic detoxification therapy consisting of five primary procedures (Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, Raktamokshana) that cleanse the body of deep-rooted toxins.
02

Do I have to do all five therapies?

No. The specific therapies chosen for you depend entirely on your body type, your medical condition, and the dominant dosha involved in your illness.
03

How many days does the treatment take?

A standard complete Panchakarma detox spans between 14 to 21 days, including the preparatory (Purva), main (Pradhana), and post-care (Paschat) phases.
04

Can relatively healthy people undergo Panchakarma?

Absolutely! Panchakarma is highly recommended annually as a preventive measure to boost immunity, slow down aging, and maintain peak physical and mental health.
05

Is it normal to feel weak during the process?

Mild fatigue is normal as your body works hard to expel deep toxins. We provide a specialized recovery diet (Samsarjana Krama) to safely restore your vital energy and digestive fire.
