For the longest time I was avoiding any sort of non-mainstream medical approaches for my chronic back pain issues. I have been addressing chronic low back pain and sciatica nerve pain for the past decade. Post catching Covid in 2022, the chronic conditions and inflammations worsened, especially when not following proper posture and exercises due to the chaotic corporate life. Three of my friends referred me to Shree Maatha Aarogya Dhaaam and I took it as a signal from the universe to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surpised. Dr Darshana was able to detect my weak spine with the Nadi Pariksha process, and recommended external Panchakarma treatment because my body usually does not react well to Ayurvedic medicines. I went through Meru Basti and PPS (Patra Pinda Sweda). The treatment duration was 1 week, and my therapist name was Saritha.
Saritha was very helpful and helped me through the treatment, with positive vibes and encouragement of faith in the process. The Panchakarma helpdesk team also extended good support to get me a marma bed that has neck support. Special mention for Shailaja Ma’am from Panchakarma team, she encouraged me to start meditation and helped me with some useful links.
I would highly recommend Shree Maatha Aarogyam, to give it a shot for any chronic issue that one has been struggling with.

Shree Maatha arogya dhaamam in Kukatpally.. I would say the best in treatment for different ailments. I am a software employee with migraine, severe neck and shoulder pain and reached out to them. After I met Dr Darshana and with her valuable treatment and suggestions I got relief and frequency of migraine was like once in a while ( previously it was like daily).
