1. Consultation & Booking Policy

All consultations, appointments, and service bookings must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or in-person at our clinics.

Once a consultation or service booking is confirmed, payment is refundable only if the customer cancels at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

2. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

In case of cancellations by Shree Maatha Aarogya Dhaamam, due to unavoidable reasons (like doctor unavailability or emergency), a full refund or rescheduling will be provided.

3. Rescheduling Policy

If you wish to reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Rescheduling is subject to availability of slots and does not guarantee a refund.
